Women on Site Drop In (Ontario) | Date: Wednesday March 6, 2024
Women On Site was created by Constanza, an Environmental Technician, Darci, an Electrical Apprentice, Samara, a Red Seal Sheet Metal worker, and Tessa, Red Seal Bricklayer. MISSON – To create a welcoming community for women and underrepresented people in trades, construction, manufacturing, and STEM industries. We create experiences to connect outside of work. Through these events, we address our two main goals: reduce loneliness experienced through underrepresentation in these industries and ensure the retention of women and underrepresented people in their chosen careers.
