Tania Johnston leads MCAC as its Chief Executive Officer, with more than 20 years of experience at the Association. Previously Tania served as the Executive Director of the Construction Education Council (CEC), and as Executive Director, Education and Special Projects for MCAC prior to taking on the role of CEO.

Jessica Shaver brings years of industry experience to the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada as the Manager of Membership Engagement and Marketing. She is responsible for initiating, planning, and executing marketing strategies and communications to provide value to MCAC members and partners at the provincial and local levels.

Emily Seabrook has joined the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada as the Events Manager. She has 9 years of corporate event planning and project management experience in the non-profit, private, and government sectors, and obtained her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2022.
