What does it take to be on the winning team? Can you make it through the “Gauntlet”! Whether you are the owner with a project request, the design consultant creating, reviewing or participating in the process, the general contractor responding, or the trade contractor new to the “Party Invitation” activities, this session will provide tips and suggestions for how to make sure each partner is successful in their pursuit. The presenters/judges have all “been there and done that” so they have lots to share. Training that occurs with all four OAEC partners (Owners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors) together in a hands-on environment is the ultimate opportunity for learning and understanding each other’s perspectives. This is a unique one of a kind experience to go from zero to mach speed in a short period of time!
