Topics covered include: professional presence defined; in-depth look at the similarities and differences within the organizational structure; using an integrated approach, learn how specific elements of presence* are key to roles and relationships within a team, workplace, organization and industry; learn how to combine outer presence (behaviour, appearance) and inner presence; (mindset, strengths, intention); design a map to build greater trust, rap- port and success with staff, colleagues, clients as well as industry partners ; *Elements of Presence include: elements of a first impression, actions (body language), and more.
