MCAC is welcoming all construction professionals to join us in the Emerging Leaders Conference . With face-to-face interactions, this conference is targeting professionals under the age of 40 to learn new technologies and management skills from industry experts and esteemed guest speakers. The skills and techniques learned in this conference will assist with building the expertise needed to lead the mechanical construction industry into the next generation… your generation!
Established in 2023, the Future Leaders Advisory Council (FLAC) was created to foster a network for future executives in the mechanical construction industry, aged 40 and under, to promote professional connections, generate business opportunities, and share industry insights. FLAC provides members with opportunities for professional growth through education, leadership development, and industry engagement, benefiting both individuals and their organizations. Acting as ambassadors of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada (MCAC), FLAC also advises the MCAC Board of Directors on key issues identified by its members.
