As Alberta Construction Association (ACA) Chair, Paul Heyens, communicated to the participants, “Cash flow is the blood through the veins of the construction industry and necessary for its survival”. It is not just an issue that affects the Con- tractors, but also the Architects and Engineers; everyone has to have healthy cash flow, or they can’t work effectively. This Workshop will take participants through: An interactive review of Issues and Solutions surrounding the “flow of money” and the creation of a Subcontractor Start-Up Meeting Checklist (with a focus to those items that affect the “flow of money”.

You will learn more about your personal values and how you embody these throughout our work day with customers and colleagues.  You will also learn how a positive culture can be influenced by: gossip, commitment, leadership, trust and accountability. At the end of the session you will be invited to create your personal action plan to move forward toward the goals set up at the beginning of the session.
